Our Renovations
Renovating a property is more challenging than it may sound. We need to consider the upcoming legislation in 2030 regarding the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), which rates a property's energy efficiency. The new standard requires an EPC rating of 'C' or above.
However, we are committed to making the necessary changes to achieve an EPC rating of 'C' or higher before this requirement takes effect in 2030.
